• Completion of the course does not guarantee registration with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, nor does it guarantee that I will be placed on the mediator roster of any particular local court ADR program. 
• Completion of this course only meets the criteria for the Civil/General Category and must be completed prior to applying for the Domestic Relations Category.
• that the requirements to apply for regsistration with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution are as follows:

1. Submit the Neutral Registration Application within 18 months of the completion date on my certificate.
2. To provide documentation of completion of an approved training.
3. To provide documentation of completion of 5 observations of a registered mediator
                           OR
Documentation of completion of an approved 12 hour practicum.

4. Complete the signature page verifying that you have read Appendix C "Ethical Standards for Neutrals" and give your consent for the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution to perform a background check.
