Steps in Scheduling a Mediation Session  

We become your mediation provider once the
Mediation Participation & Confidentiality Agreement is signed and returned.

1. Review the About Us page to determine if our firm is the best choice for your case.

2. Please complete the Mediation Scheduling Form or call us to inquire about scheduling a mediation. It is important that we limit the conversation to non-confidential information until you've signed the agreement to particpate form.

3.Submit "Agreement to Participate in Mediation" form and a deposit.Click here to see rates for various parts of the state.  Some court programs pay the mediator others require the parties to pay the mediator. Daily Rate-private pay two parties:  $550 per day divided equally between the parties

4. A Georgia registered mediator will contact you to schedule or confirm the date, time and location of the mediaiton session, provide an explaination of the mediation process, complete the intake process and send you an email confirmation that will include the time, date, duration and location of the mediation session.

5. Download the "Guide to Preparing for Mediation" and complete with your attorney/client. 

6. Arrive at the mediation prepared, relaxed and ready to share informaiton.
