Potential Clients:
Please review these documents and call us if you have any questions. Your intake/scheduling fee of $150 includes a consultation telephone call where a registered mediator will answer your questions about the mediation process and give you tools to assist with preparing for the session. It is your responsibility to contact the mediator as part of preparing for your session.
2. Agreement to Mediate Contract

Potential clients:
Please review the Agreement to Mediate Contract, sign and fax back to us. Please send your deposit of $550 per party no later than 10 days before your scheduled session in order to reserve the date. Credit card payment can be arranged for an additional fee.
Attorneys and Paralegals:
Please have your client sign the agreement to mediate form as soon as the session is scheduled. Please forward the client information sheets to your client. Having informed participants increases the likelihood of settlement.
