Mediators and Mediation Teams

We are registered with the State of Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and have completed extensive training programs, observations and co-mediations to assist disputants.  Co-mediators  are available for cases with multiple parties or complex cases. In domestic disputes a male/female team can bring balance to the negotiating table and make the parties more comfortable with the process. Disputes Limited coaches provide skill set assessment for mediators to ensure they provide quality services to clients.

What is the Role of the Mediator?

A mediator's role is to provide a balanced environment where everyone has a chance to be heard and participants can resolve all of their issues.  Mediators also help the parties identify their issues and their options. It has been said that "Mediators often have an extraordinary amount of Common Sense and are intuitive." The ability to listen to the parties, identify key needs and ask the difficult questions.

Mediators do not give legal or other professional advice.
